Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi)
The traditional basis of instruction. For a more detailed understanding of our class instruction, click here to see the Gracie Barra Basics. Students are required to attain a Kimono (Gi) for use in class. If you already own a GI, you may use it for class. For those providing their own kimono, please note that a high strength Judo or specialized Jiu-Jitsu Gi is preferred.

Sumission Wrestling (No-Gi)
Submission wrestling (no-gi) is offered for those who are already participating in the BJJ class or for more advanced students. Submission wrestling is also offered for those who wish to supplement their existing MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) training. Comfortable t-shirts and shorts are recommended attire.

Gracie Barra Kids Program (Gi)
We are proud to announce our new Gracie Barra Kids program. Based on the submission grappling art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our instructors will teach the fundamentals of this highly regarded martial art form in a safe and fun learning environment. Children will benefit through physical and mental development. Please note that a kimono (Gi) is required for class. Parents may speak with an instructor regarding purchasing a Gracie Barra kimono (Gi) if necessary. Click here for more information...

Private Instruction
Private instruction is available for individuals or small groups who wish to learn at their own pace or for those requiring special instruction. These may be conducted with any of our instructors. Please contact us for scheduling and pricing.
